Dirty Steve's Longish & Random Lolla Post

Most outdoor festivals are held in the middle of an empty field miles from even BFE. People inevitably start stinking, run out of beer and sleep in tents. That's why people who attend those fests are called 'hippies' and pretty much suck.
Lollapalooza on the other hand is in downtown Chicago in between the urban skyline and Lake Whatever. You can go home & take a bath if you wish, plus pickup some booze to sneak in on your way to the show. Which makes Lolla truly rock. Shot here of NIN at twilight.

Perhaps only second to watching the bands is the total freak show going on around  you. There is no small amount of intoxication going on in many forms. Which make people act funny, as Nips commented on and is seen in this picture. Walked behind this female for about 100 yards on way to the Portaloo, where she staggered he way along the path, dropping her camera like 5 times...while wearing a swimsuit? This was on the 5th time picking it up. Sorry about the finger but you get the idea. Somewhere there's a proud father!

What else do we enjoy? Oh yeah, making fun of more people. We started a pretty nice list of the Lolla stereotypes that perhaps we'll finish someday. Here we have the alternalesbian couple that escaped from 1999. In droves? yes, in droves. 

I don't even know what the crap this is, but they were all over the place.
