Design Tips 101

I know some of our readers are at work right now. I also know some of you are designers. (I'm looking at you Porter.) We're glad to be a welcome distraction to the cube farm you sell your soul to everyday but we know this site isn't the most work friendly. But fear not my friends, now when HR calls you in to discuss the sites you've been visiting, you can tell them this one is a relevant work resource because you're thinking about redesigning the corporate logo. Free Work Doesn't Pay

When you work in a creative field, like I do, people ask you to do sh*t for them for free. You'd never ask someone to fix your car for free because they have skills to do it. Just because I can write or do logos or understand the intricacies of the stock market, people think your time, training and experience isn't important and want you to be a slut and give it away for free. Well, like Marceles Wallace, I don't look like no b*tch, so why you trying to f*ck me like one?
