Brian George Lane is alleged to have dropped his nuts on the forehead of an army sergeant who was asleep on a motel bed at the end of a day of golf and drinking on August 4, 2005.
Although photos of the incident in the Motel Carnarvon were allegedly taken on a mobile phone, Mr Lane denies he did it, according to documents filed in the High Court.
It sounds like the army dude got drunk and passed out so this Lane guy teabagged him. Any dude will tell you that's 100% fair. And of course there are pictures. Why go through the trouble of teabagging if you're not going to document it to share with everyone he knows.
I say the dude is lucky he didn't get a roman helmet, thats what I would have done.

Sorry but thats disgusting and uncivilised.Men need to start acting like honourable men.I glad this man complained.You might think he's a "wuss' but really hes the most courageous to have the courage to stand up and say something in the face of others that might then not like him or call him "a wuss" like you have.He didn't just go along with the crowd like an immature cowardly teen.He,in the face of adversity stood up for the right and moral thing.
The navy is meant to have men and women who are admirable and have honour not people that act like children.I know its just a movie but they should be honourable like Cuba Gooding Junior in Men of Honour-thats the kind of men that women like:)
